What candy was this in the 90's. it came in a toothpaste shaped bottle?

so I'm dying toknow the name of this. I would get it from the ice cream man and gas stations and the candy was in a toothpaste shaped bottle. it was like a paste and it was blue. it wasn't liquidy but thick. it wavsuper good and I can't remember what it was. it's not like that sweet tart crap that's out now. the bottle wasn't see through either. please help:)
