Help!! is my computer being hacked?

basically this happens seldom. but started to happen more frequently lately. whenever I watch videos on youtube. I sometimes notice the top of the browser you know the bar that tells you which page your on, is in chinese. i was watching youtube.com and it was an english video. so am I being hacked?
