I began to read a really good fanfiction and now can't find it...?

The fanfiction was a continuation of the novels. The setting was after the events in the last book, and it stuck with all the original characters and story line. There are distinct things I can remember about it such as Rosalie and Emmett had a child that Jake and his pack found in a town. Bella and Edward went to Chicago to visit his home where they met up with Carlisle and his wife. There they also found another vampire who was living with her parents under the guise of their granddaughter. I really enjoyed this fanfiction and if anyone knows what it is I would love to know!
