Why is it that some people belch, p gas, constantly clear their throat, and sneeze all over other people?

I think it's because they were never taught any manners. We've been in an era of "let's not correct the children because we might hurt their self-esteems" for the past 20 years or so. Now these people are raising the next generation, which won't be any more polite than their parents are.
