Does any1 know a reminder program that I need?

I need a freeware reminder program or a program with reminder option where the reminder box WONT pop up in the middle of the screen. And I dont want any sound alarm. All I want is a simple reminder like a tooltip balloon in the corner of my screen or flashing balloon somewhere in the corner. I appreciate you reading this and trying help me. Bliss and peace
