Why most exoctic meat ( like ostrich, kangoroo, crocodile, boar, bison etc) tend to have less bad fat?

Above answers are correct. These animals are more active, searching for food and avoiding predators/being a predator, so, less fat. Fat makes food taste good, this why popcorn is better with er and Bacon goes well with Eggs.
