Shi*!! my phone!!!!!?

i have the lg shine and i was walking into the rink for hockey practice and i felt my phone vibrate so i checked and the screen was all white!! ive had this one for about a week!! i also did the hard reset and it still didnt work.. o and this will be the third time ive had to send it back in six months!! how much do you think it would cost me to ask them to upgrade me to the blackjack 2??
