Sound blaster mic issues?

When ever i use my mic with my sound blaster fatality card everything playing through my headphone also come out my mic so no one can hear me over the sound of the audio i can hear. Its like My line out is connected to my line out and line in. What the hell? (win vista,its not stereo mix)
