How can I replace atapi.sys?

My computer became infected with Olmarik.SJ Virus and the infected file was atapi.sys. I deleted the file without thinking about it and I didn't realize that that was the driver for my Hard Drive. Now my computer reboots every time it gets to the boot screen, how can I fix this?
