BAD break out, redness?

I usually dont breakout bad, but this past week ive broken out ALOT. I have pimples EVERYWHERE! its horrifying. Its also winter so my skin is a little dry aswell. my whole face is broken out and the pimples are very red. I've been using my ProActiv Refining Mask but it doesnt seem to be helping. I need some help on how to get rid of this FAST, and i mean VERY fast.
