Will I be able to make it into SUNY Stony Brook Or Binghamton University?

I am a New York City/State resident and I am currently a sopre in high school and am interested in these schools because of their affordability. Which one is better for pre med? I have a 100.09 weighted average. I will take the SAT Subject tests in Math level 1 and biology environmental. I will also be volunteering in a hospital for 100 hours. I am not in any clubs. I will take the SAT next year. I am taking the AP Biology test in May. All of the cles that i take are honors. On the living environment regent i got an 88, on the chem an 81, and on the math A a 97. When taking the PSAT, i got 161 out of 240. Thank You very much
