Is there any kind of medication for gas thats trapped in intestines?

I had a head injury that causes me to get air trapped in my intestines when I eat or drink. The nerves that push it out got affected when I fell and bumped my head so now gas gets trapped sometimes it fells like in my throat and even down to colon. The doctors dont know what to give me and I tried everything from antacids to belladonna which the belladonna seems to help out more than anything else by letting me p alittle but not enough to ease the pain. So is there anything else I could try out there. Anti gas and beano dont work.
