Ideas for work gift bags?

We have a Christmas party for work every year and we give everyone gift bags. (Just to note they get prizes as well as a gift bag. We put what they received on a card which we put in the gift bag.) I need some ideas on what to put in them. Usually we do candy and an ornament; I want to do something different. We do about 70 gift bags, there is a bit of a budget so nothing too pricey and most of them are older men with just a few women.
