i dont see ur question.... but i think that you should tell her upfront. be like "i kinda like you, do u wanna hang out maybe sometime over summer?" or even if that scares u, u can try "hey listen, i like talkin to u, wanna chill over summer. we can exchange numbers" something like that . trust me im 14 and girls dont take offense to that. THEY actaully WANT guys to be upfront with them.... trust me hun((: hope i helped
