How can i grow my afro hair long?

im thirteen but with short hair i just got it trimmed a week ago.i want to grow my hair very long beuatiful and wavy but how do i speed up the process because it takes time to grow afro hair and how long does hair grow a month.i would like results like jada pinkett smith,megan good and keke palmer
