Can Puberty be Sped Up Medically?

hey my sob, jack, is 16 years old and going into the 11th grade. he hasn't hit puberty, he still has a scronny body, no muscle, a baby face, and his voice is higher than all his friends. is there any way to make his puberty accelerate medically? some type of vitamins, injections, therapy? if so how do i get it for him? he's so embarred about it, people barelly believe hes already driving. also did he inherit that from me or anyone else in the family? or is it not hereditary? thanks!
