Can anyone compare the processes and products of meiosis and mitosis?

Mitosis produces two diploid cells. The two cells are exact copies of the original. Meiosis involves two steps: meiosis 1 and meiosis 2. After meiosis 1, u get 2 diploid cells. Then after meiosis 2, u get 4 total haploid cells, which are not exact copies of the original cell.
