All 4 windows in my 2001 isuzu trooper wont roll down.?

Problem happened overnight. Please give me some troubleshooting advice. I believe it is a fuse, but can not find the fuse box. I found one under the hood and it does not have anything to do with the power windows. Looking for a fuse box that will fix the power windows? Any help would be much appreciated.
